The 2020 Dry Riesling is a typical blend from 16 Falls and White Springs vineyards. It's dry (four grams of sugar, with 8.4 grams of total acidity) and comes in at 12.8% alcohol. Clean, solid and perfectly balanced, this has some tension on the long finish but also the fruit to balance it perfectly. It is ultimately gentle and refined but still lively. It walks down the middle of the road in style. It is still a little unevolved and not quite as expressive as it needs to be. That leaves it a bit on the bland side, but it drinks pretty well right now. It has a chance to improve more. It should hold well, easily throughout the decade, probably more. It also comes in at a nice price.
